- Please include proof of your order and a clear photo of the item(s) received.
- We will review your claim and work with you to find a solution.
- Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item by mistake, we sincerely apologize!- Please email us with the subject: "Wrong Item Sent" and include proof of your order along with a photo of the incorrect item(s).
- We will promptly correct the issue at no additional cost.
- Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Spill The Milk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.- We are also not responsible for insufficient or incorrect addresses submitted by the consumer. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
